RESEPI BISKUT/CRACKER ATKINS
1cup flaxseed(dah halus)
1tsp cocoa powder
½tsp cinnamon
½tsp vanilla extract(u can used any extract u like.sy guna coffee coz go well with cocoa n cinnamon)
½cup plain water
Cara2:
1. Campurkan bahan kering dulu then baru masukkan air,gaul rata.jd mcm dough nnt.biarkan 5-10minit.lagi lama pn takpe.nanti air serap dlm flaxseed tu.
2. Bentuk-bentukkan dough anda.sukahati korg laa nk bentuk ikan boleh,bintang bulan pn boleh.
3.Letak atas tray yg ada baking sheet then bakar 8-10minit dlm suhu 180c(lain oven lain suhu)
Siap.biarkan sejuk dulu br masok dlm bekas kedap udara.buat nipis2 kalau boleh.baru crunchy!
